I spoke with Corey and he both inspected and began the work the same day. He ran into a few setbacks, but kept me informed along the way. He also had the ability to reach the inspector over the weekend, and get the necessary permits filed so that I did not have to wait for a weekday to get power back on. Overall a great experience.
Very professional, thorough, friendly, explained all issues in detail and offered a resolution. Really helped us feel better after we realized that there were numerous problems from our previous electrician by providing quick solutions and completing the work in a very timely manner. These guys bring customer service and professionalism to a whole new level and are unbelievably quick. We felt that they were very reasonably priced and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services.
Had a power outage at our home. We have three small children. Champ came out at 5:35 PM and did not leave until 10:15 PM when the job was done! Very professional and knowledgeable. I have since referred them to two of my friends. Great guys. Absolutely outstanding service.
Champ Electric is great. They're always punctual. They do the job well. They clean up after themselves. They're respectful. I have never had a problem with them. I would recommend them to anybody. Cory is the owner and he is always on-site. I would absolutely use them in the future.
Overall it went very well. They are very prompt and professional. They got the work done. They did things that I didn¡¯t have included in the original estimate and so I was very pleased with that. The only thing that I would suggest is, to make sure that you book them a couple of weeks ahead of time. The price was good. I will use their services again in the future.
